Editorial reading note
The checked portions are Abstract; Specification/Definitions in the pinned version. The original title is Account Abstraction Using Alt Mempool.
UserOperations propagate through a separate mempool; bundlers package them for EntryPoint's handleOps. The scheme uses higher-level infrastructure without changing the consensus protocol. Smart contract accounts determine signature validation, and a Paymaster may agree to pay fees. Follow an operation from submission to execution to assign responsibilities, then check each account's validation and each service's sponsorship conditions separately.
